Description

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of RP Robbean Staffing Services Co.
  • Support HR team in recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a productive work environment.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with reports, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require sitting for extended periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and a team player.
