The following will be the main duties of the Technical Superintendent, among others:

• Develop and implement training programs for UMMI crew in the Engine Department.
• Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations on engine safety and operations.
• Conduct Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar, SMS Trainings, and other In-house trainings of the company
• Assess engine crew's performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess engine crew applicants' qualifications and suitability for the job.
• Prepare modules, training matrices, evaluations and reports relevant to the engine department.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance training courses.

Job Requirements:

• Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation, Maritime Studies, or any related field
• Training Course for Instructors (IMO Model Course 6.09)
• With IMO Model Course 6.10 is an advantage
• Experience Level: 5-10 years
• Skills and Competencies: Leadership Development, Public Speaking, Excellent Communication Skills, Written Communication
• Responsibilities and Duties: Design training materials and resources for effective learning of engine crew
• Working Conditions: Classroom and hands-on training environments
