- Deliver high-quality maritime training to students.
- Create and implement lesson plans and instructional materials.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct training sessions, develop course materials, assess student performance, and ensure safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in classrooms or onboard training vessels, may require travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, adaptability, enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to motivate others.
