The following will be the main duties of the Marine Superintendent, among others:

• Develop and implement training programs for UMMI seafarers.
• Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations on maritime safety and operations.
• Conduct Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar, SMS Trainings, and other In-house trainings.
• Assess crew's performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess Deck crew applicants' qualifications and suitability for the job.
• Prepare modules, training matrices, evaluations and monitor attainment of quality objectives.
• Handle UMMI Cadets' trainings and monitor their performance.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance training courses.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field
• Training Course for Instructors (IMO Model Course 6.09)
• With IMO Model Course 6.10 is an advantage
• Experience Level: 5–8 years
