Account Processing

• Assist credit officers in the gathering of information and data for applications needing nonstandard requirements.
• Assist Treasury team in checking validating requirements prior to disbursement and activation of loans

Case Management

• Assist in the management of Loans, post and pre approval on behalf of Credit, Customer Success, and Collections - including but not limited to the update of borrower information, coordinating tech- enabled interventions, and re-verification of data.

Project Management

• Create or assist in the creation of operational and tech solutions to ensure accuracy of Loan Operations for partners with special processes and products.
• Work with Bukas Partner Account managers on in-campus activities (e.g. onsite booths)
• Assist the lending operations in the testing, onboarding, and rolling out of new technologies related to account management and credit underwriting.

• You have 1 - 3 years of experience in credit and / or loan operations in a lending, financing, or similar financial services business.
• You are knowledgeable in and possessing relevant training in KYC and AMLA.
• You are comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets. SQL knowledge is a plus.
