Description
- Responsible in soliciting and serving of new Group clients.
- Meeting sales objectives in terms of new business
- Keep track of his/her year-to-date goal on a monthly basis.
- Make recommendation in critical issues pertaining to Group Businesses.
- Recruit Group Specialist agents and assist in their training and development in accordance with the prescribed profile.
- Develop strong relationship with intermediaries like agents, general agencies and brokers to generate new Group clients.
- Promote the sales of group plans directly through the existing sales force and other facilities of the company
- Other duties that may assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- College Graduate (any field)
- 23 Years old and above
- With at least 2-3 years experience in sales
- With background in life insurance is a plus
- Must have excellent proficiency in using MS Office applications
- With great communication skills (Written and Orally)
- Wiling to be assigned in Ayala Ave, Makati City
