- PREPARE, SUMMARIZE AND MONITORING OF PAYMENT FOR BIR MONTHLY.
- PREPARE, UPDATE AND MONITORING OF CASH RECEIPTS BOOK, CASH DISBURSEMENT BOOK.
- KEEPS COSTUDY OF PETTY CASH AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE BANK
- MONITORS, UPDATE AND REPORTS BANK BALANCE & FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES
- MONITORS AND RECORDS WITHDRAWAL OF YEN/DOLLAR
- RECORDS AND UPDATE BANKING CONTROLS, E-GOV SERVICES, REMITTANCE AND PAYMENT THRU ANY FINANCIAL MEDIUMS, INSTRUMENT OR CHANNELS USED BY THE COMPANY.
- MONITOR AND RECORDS INWARD AND OUTWARD REMITTANCE TO THE BANKS
- MONITOR AND RECORDS CHECK VOUCHERS, INTERNATIONAL REMITTANCES, FUND TRANSFER FOR PAYABLE OF DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE MONTLY
- MONITOR AND UPDATE SCHEDULE OF SALES MONTHLY
- PREPARE COUNTER CHECKING AND SUMMARIZE INVENTORY TAGS
- CONDUCT PROPER ACTUAL INVENTORY EVERY YEAR
- MONITOR, RECORDS AND UPDATE DETAILS ON RELIEF DATA ENTRY FOR BIR REPORTING
- MONITOR, UPDATE AND RECORDS SUMMARY OF LOCAL PURCHASES INCLUDING PHOTOCOPY OF INVOICES, OFFICIAL RECIEPT, CHECK VOUCHERS WITH CERTIFICATE OF TRUE COPY STAMP FOR REPORTING IN BIR.
- MONITOR, PREPARE AND UPDATE SCHEDULED FACTORY OVERHEAD EXPENSES FOR AUDITING PURPOSES
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any BS Accountancy related course
- At least 1 yr relevant work experience , or fresh graduates accepted
- Amenable to work in Taguig
