Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist with merchant billing in the Philippines (reconciliation, invoicing, payment
  • processing, receivables follow-up)
  • Support company and employee expense management (reviewing, remitting, and managing assets)
  • Assist with payroll, social insurance, and bank transaction recording
  • Support ensuring legal compliance and addressing related issues (HQ-TH)
  • Assist with managing bank remittances, tool/system access, and budget planning, as directed by manager
  • Contribute to company registration tasks, as assigned
  • Assist in bookkeeping and month-end closing process

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in filing small claims cases is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
  • Good English communication skills
