Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Assist in preparing ingredients, portioning food, and storing items properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing food deliveries.

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (preferred).
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plus.
