  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • Culinary school diploma

Requirement

  • Experience: 1-2 years working as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work quickly while maintaining food quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on cleanliness and food safety.
  • Education: Culinary school diploma is preferred, but not required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills during busy service periods.
  • Communication: Clear communication with kitchen staff.
