Description
- Advocates are expected to provide excellent customer service skills as well as sales skills.
- This role is to sell the idea of getting a quote from the company.
- They have to answer each and every call accordingly and in a timely manner while using a friendly, positive, and professional tone.
- They work with numerous campaigns and script changes based on the lead source.
- They follow the script in its entirety to ensure the consumer qualifies.
- They must probe with questions and use rebuttals taught during training and ongoing coaching sessions.
- They are also responsible for dispositioning each call correctly.
- Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects.
- Able to work autonomously
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales/lead generation, BPO setting.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Must be goal-oriented and driven to excel in expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM Software experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
