- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents;
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies;
- Identify and manage legal risks for clients and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective legal measures;
- Handle corporate legal matters for clients including securing permits and filing regulatory requirements with government agencies on a regular basis;
- Coordinate and liaise with government agencies such as the SEC, DOLE, Bureau of Immigration, and LGUs;
- Maintain accurate, organized and confidential legal files and records;
- Ensure timely compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements;
- Provide legal advice to clients; and
- Conduct seminar for clients regarding compliance updates.
