• Establish and maintain working relationships with new and existing accounts

• Monitor and update stock levels, pricing, quality of display, and others

• Plan and participate in client's store activities and other promotional campaigns

• Train and develop the skills of team members

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned key accounts

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to key accounts

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of working experience preferably from a consumer health industry
• Proven track record in key accounts management
• Leadership experience managing and influencing a team
• Positive demeanor and ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment
• Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent decision-making skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory or outside as needed
