- Resolve service problem and clarify the customers complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem.
- To ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
- Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements
- With experience in Customer Service
- Knowledgeable in MS Office..
- Ability to response to customer inquiries with a professional and positive manner to promote optimum customer satisfaction.
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work in Paco Manila
