Description

  • Finalizing Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice vs. receiving receipt on SAP system in a daily basis.
  • Encoding purchases of KJA Summit and Trio-K Brothers Sales Invoices for monthly BIR report and submit to external Accountant in a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for processing BIR2307 – Certificate of Tax Withheld for attachment in suppliers billing.
  • Finalizing cheque processing to suppliers.
  • Responsible in processing of weekly payroll of all Leasehold.
  • Monitoring unliquidated receipts on SAP System for Accounts Payable down payment.
  • Responsible in processing and checking revolving fund –gasoline allowance of Sales and Operations Manager in a monthly basis.
  • Preparing cheque payment of gasoline expense
  • Collating, checking and processing of reports to Ma’am Windy such as GRPO, Accounts Payable Invoice and outgoing SAP system.
  • Submitting weekly cheque disbursement report
  • Responsible in processing finalized payment of importation.
  • Perform other task that may assign by the management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or related role.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
