We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer that can provide effective IT solutions to customers.


POSITION: Technical Support


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configuring and Testing of network devices
  • Troubleshooting


DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineer, Information Technology

Requirement

  • Experienced in Technical Support and Implementation
  • Knowledgeable in Network Design and Troubleshooting skills covering a wide variety of networking equipment
  • Has interpersonal skills required to effective communicate with customers
  • Ability to work in a team
