DBE Granite Enterprise is looking for a driven, creative, and client-focused Sales Designer to join our growing team in Greater Lagro, Quezon City. The Sales Designer will be responsible for assisting clients, developing cabinetry and interior design solutions, preparing quotations and presentations, generating sales opportunities, and coordinating projects from initial inquiry through completion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through Facebook, social media, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project requirements.
• Create cabinetry layouts, space plans, and design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 3D designs, presentations, quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Present cabinetry, furniture, stone works, and interior solutions to clients.
• Generate new leads through referrals, social media, networking, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and prospective clients to help close sales.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Coordinate with the production, installation, and operations teams to ensure designs are properly executed.
• Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients throughout the project.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, cabinetry, furniture, interior design, fit-out, construction materials, or a related industry.
• Experience in modular cabinetry or furniture sales and design is highly preferred.
• Proficient in SketchUp or other 3D design software.
• Knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, construction, and production processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Willing to conduct client meetings, site visits, and project coordination when required.
