• Create comprehensive design concepts, and layouts that accurately capture the client’s vision and align with project goals.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be willing to work on job sites, actively overseeing and managing site operations.
• Develop and optimize interior layouts to ensure functionality, smooth flow, and adherence to safety and building codes.
• Curate materials, furnishings, color palettes, lighting, and accessories that complement the project theme while respecting the budget.
• Generate detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renderings to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative practices to deliver modern and creative design solutions.
• Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, accessibility standards, and applicable legal requirements.
• Visit job sites to evaluate space availability, understand design requirements, and assess the intended purpose of the space.
• Attend client meetings to gather insights into their design preferences, style inspirations, and color choices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• At least 2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong artistic and design sensibility with an ability to think out of the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and teams.
• Good English communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
