Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about EnergyNet Inc.'s glass and aluminum installations, construction and engineering products and services.
- Support sales team with organizing presentations, and managing sales documents and reports.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in our fast-paced industry.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up on requests.
- Organized events.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field required.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales or related customer-oriented field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong oral and written communication, excellent customer service skills, proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, ability to meet sales targets.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, handle transactions, maintain product knowledge, support sales initiatives, and contribute to team success.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, requires weekend and holiday work, standing for extended periods, occasional lifting of merchandise.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, team player, customer-focused, adaptable, results-driven with a positive attitude.
