We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to oversee service operations, technician deployment, preventive maintenance activities, and on-site troubleshooting for HVAC projects.

The role requires strong coordination skills, technical HVAC knowledge, and the ability to efficiently manage field teams and client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC service technicians and daily field activities
• Monitor preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance schedules
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with clients regarding service concerns and project updates
• Ensure quality and timely completion of service works
• Prepare service reports and operational updates
• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments for project and service requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
• With experience in HVAC service operations or project supervision
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to handle field/site work
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation
• Experience in construction or HVAC industry is an advantage
