Job Description

Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in operating electrical testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators);
  • Familiar with reading and interpreting electrical diagrams (schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams);
  • Knowledgeable about basic commissioning processes (equipment power-on inspection, functional testing, fault troubleshooting);
  • Skilled in using office software suites (CAD for simple drawing, Microsoft Word for document formatting).

Work Experience

  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in commissioning, electrical maintenance, or related fields; prior experience in industrial substation,HVE , power distribution systems, is preferred.
  • Exception for Outstanding Graduates: Recent university graduates (bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related majors) are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a solidtheoretical foundation in electrical principles, and demonstrate strong learning ability to adapt to on-the-job tasks.
  • Fluently read technical documents (e.g., equipment manuals, international standards like IEC);
  • Conduct basic technical communication (e.g., discussing commissioning issues with overseas teams, understanding English error prompts).

Soft Skills

  • Stress Tolerance: Capable of working under pressure (e.g., tight project deadlines, unexpected on-site faults) while maintaining focus and problem-solving efficiency.
  • Self-Directed Learning: Proactive in acquiring new skills.
