Manage recruitment, selection, and orientation processes
Develop HR policies in alignment with Top Gadget Phoneshop’s goals
Supervise HR team to drive operational excellence
Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the retail industry's best practices

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of human resource management experience, especially in the specified areas of HR practice.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, payroll, people management, and human resource planning. Must have excellent attention to detail and superb communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment and hiring process, maintain employee records, manage benefits and payroll, enforce company policies, and negotiate with vendors. Create training and development programs and ensure legal compliance.
Working Conditions: Office setting with regular business hours; flexibility might be required based on organizational needs.
