Description
- Lead HR programs, including recruitment, training, and employee relations for Symanpro Manpower Service Contractor Corporation.
- Devise strategies for talent acquisition and retention in the competitive Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
- Implement effective HR policies to enhance workforce productivity and compliance.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and conflict resolution processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the HR team ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations, conduct training and development, perform job evaluations, and uphold company policies.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, full-time, may require occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, leadership abilities, ethical judgment, and the capacity to work under pressure.
