Description

HR Coordinator requires the ability to perform the following duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of employee performance evaluations.
  • Participates in any engagement matter for company events
  • Review and analyze for possible irregularities/is committed by an employee.
  • Assist in organizational planning, management, and development.
  • Maintain HR database with the utmost confidentiality
  • Handle employee complaints and disputes.
  • Coordinates with PESO Offices, universities, and local government units to find possible candidates to fill vacancies.
  • Ensures all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques are followed and recommends improvements.
  • Assist with administering benefits, processing payroll, and handling any problems or questions
  • Be a coordinator of any ad-hoc group initiated by HR, including by not limited to company-wide events, health and safety-related activities, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • With a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field, good knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, training, or employee relations is a plus
  • Must be able to communicate, both written and oral, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team
  • Must be open to doing fieldwork as needed
  • Can start immediately
  • MUST know how to drive and with valid Drivers License
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to do field works
  • Willing to be assigned in Katipunan, Quezon City
