BMC Air Filter Philippines, a leader in high-performance air filters for both racing and street use, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to support our growing team. The HR Officer will play a critical role in managing HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive-related company.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
