HR Business Partner

Xyventra Partners LLC | Remote, Philippines | Full-TimeXyventra Partners is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner based in the Philippines to provide end-to-end HR support to our Australian clients while also supporting the growth of Xyventra.This is a full-time remote role working Australian business hours. Australian HR experience is essential.

What you’ll be doing

You will be embedded within client businesses, working closely with and reporting to their relevant HR Manager or senior HR leader.Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Employee relations, performance management and workplace matters
• Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing contracts, letters, policies and HR documentation
• Supporting HR compliance and Australian employment requirements
• HR reporting, systems and administration
• Working directly with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
• Assisting with Xyventra’s own internal HR requirements
• Supporting business development and sales activities, including prospective client discussions and demonstrating Xyventra’s HR capabilities

What we’re looking for

• Australian HR experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices and the Fair Work framework
• Broad generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
• Strong employee relations and performance management capability
• Confident communicating with managers, employees and clients
• Commercial mindset and comfortable supporting client and sales conversations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work Australian business hours
• Philippines HR experience is highly regarded
