• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Utilize Sprout HRIS for efficient HR data management and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development efforts.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and employee training programs.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for experience with Sprout HRIS.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Conditions: Office-based position, with occasional remote work flexibility.
