HR Specialist/Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The role will assist in recruitment, employee records, onboarding, documentation, interview scheduling, and other HR-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, willing to learn, and able to communicate well with applicants, employees, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies and sourcing applicants.
• Screen resumes and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial communication with applicants through calls, email, or messages.
• Assist in onboarding newly hired employees.
• Prepare, update, and organize employee records and HR files.
• Help monitor attendance, requirements, and employment documents.
• Assist in preparing HR forms, letters, notices, and reports.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and requirements.
• Support the HR team in recruitment, employee relations, and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
