Description

Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR Department. Duties include comparing laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents, and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

A.Recruitment and Onboarding

  1. Responsible for posting job openings and screening resumes
  2. Coordinate and scheduling interviews
  3. Conduct the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork

 

B.Employee Relation

  1. Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
  2. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances

 

C.HR Administration

     1. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database

     2. Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates

 

D. Benefits Administration

  1. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
  2. Handle employee benefits inquiries and provide information on available options

 

E. Performance Management

  1. Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data
  2. Assist in setting up performance review meetings

 

F. Compliance

       1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

       2. Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits

 

G. Training and Development

        1. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee

        2. Maintain training records and track employee development

 

H. HR Projects

        1. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs

        2. Research HR best practices and trends


Responsibilities:

 

Handle a wide range of HR Tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and administration or related field/discipline is required.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

 

Broader understanding of HR practices and policies. Perform multiple functions and support HR initiatives

 

Level:

 

Entry-level or mid-level positions that provide HR foundational support.



REGULAR REPORTS:

 

This is a full-time position and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Provide the HR Director with an updated report.

Requirements

1. Educational background

   a. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related /field discipline is required

 

2. Relevant Skills

   a. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with employees

       and management

 

   b. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records

 

3. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, Presentation (Canva, PowerPoint)

 

4. Work Experience: 2-3 years

This is a full-time position and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Provide the HR Director with an updated report.
