Job Title: HR Officer/HR Generalist
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in various HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in recruiting, knowledge of HRIS platforms, excellent communication abilities, adept in managing employee relations, payroll processing, talent management, and administering compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage the recruitment process, support business needs through human capital, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance.
