Description

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.


Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and employee issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.


Performance Management:

  • Facilitate performance review processes.
  • Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans.
  • Track and document performance issues and disciplinary actions.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for employees and managers.


Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain records.


HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • improve employee performance, aligning with Alpha Multi Core Advertising Corporation's mission.
  • Facilitate a progressive learning environment within the Advertising & Arts & Media sector utilizing both traditional and emerging training methodologies.
  • Conduct skills inventories and customize training solutions, and subsequently assess their impact on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role or similar HR function.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Recruiting, HRIS, Communication, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Presentation, Written Communication, along with excellent verbal communication skills. Must be adept at People Management, Leadership Development, Process Management, and Retention.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement employee training programs, manage development initiatives, evaluate program effectiveness, and update training materials. Oversee the talent management process and contribute to succession planning.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work. Requires a flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and may involve occasional travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to motivate and engage employees, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
