Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and best practices in talent management. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent within the industrial services sales field.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and investigations as needed.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage salary increases, promotions, and bonuses.
  • Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • HR Policy Development:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws, including regulations related to equal opportunity, workplace safety, and data privacy.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management  
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
