• Management report preparation
• Overseeing of the following functions discharged by HR supervisors/staff and Secretaries pool supervisor:
• Recruitment of nonlegal staff
• Coordination for the hiring and onboarding of legal staff
• Human Resources and Information System administration
• Human Resources records management
• Payroll administration
• Performance evaluation
• Training needs analysis, implementation/coordination, and evaluation
• Firm benefits administration
• Rewards administration
• Statutory benefits administration
• Occupational health and safety
• Policy implementation
• Employee relations
• Corporate social responsibility activities
• Employee activities
• HR communications
• Separation administration
• Reliever-secretary assignment
• Government report preparation

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 10 years experience in Human Resources
• Strong Compensation & Benefits and organizational development
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Attention to detail and exemplary work ethic
• Preferred someone who stays more than 3 years per company
