Description

  • Lead and direct all HR functions for Phil-First Human Resources and Services Incorporated, a leader in the HR & Recruitment industry.
  • Develop strategic HR initiatives to enhance workforce development and productivity.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Implement effective training and development programs to align staff with the company’s objectives.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and culture.

Requirements

  • Job Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in human resources management or a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability in employee relations and people management.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
    • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Conducting performance reviews and handling employee grievances.
  • Working Conditions: Full-time position requiring occasional overtime and availability for crisis management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership, decisiveness, ethical integrity, and cultural sensitivity.
