RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Representing the company in regulatory compliance.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Administering performance management programs.
- Enhancing HR processes and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in HR
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and people skills
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field
