Description

  • Ensures that the company is compliant with the mandatory/statutory benefits.
  • Responds to all inquiries related to employee benefits.
  • Creates, submit and file mandated reports for SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
  • Acts as company representative for social agencies SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
  • Prepares certificates of contribution for SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
  • Certifies employee loan applications.
  • Answers all inquiries relative to employee benefits (in person, from mail, texts, or calls).
  • Administers and manages company-initiated employee benefit claims (Burial Assistance, Medical Assistance, Sickness Benefit, Maternity Benefits, etc.).
  • Creates spreadsheets to monitors benefits program.
  • Keeps work area clean and organized—supporting and promoting 5S.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.


Requirements

  • Basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Basic level of proficiency in the English language; fluent in Tagalog both in oral and in written communication.
  • Ability prioritize, organize tasks and monitor employee concerns and resolutions
