Description
- Ensures that the company is compliant with the mandatory/statutory benefits.
- Responds to all inquiries related to employee benefits.
- Creates, submit and file mandated reports for SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
- Acts as company representative for social agencies SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
- Prepares certificates of contribution for SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
- Certifies employee loan applications.
- Answers all inquiries relative to employee benefits (in person, from mail, texts, or calls).
- Administers and manages company-initiated employee benefit claims (Burial Assistance, Medical Assistance, Sickness Benefit, Maternity Benefits, etc.).
- Creates spreadsheets to monitors benefits program.
- Keeps work area clean and organized—supporting and promoting 5S.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Basic level of proficiency in the English language; fluent in Tagalog both in oral and in written communication.
- Ability prioritize, organize tasks and monitor employee concerns and resolutions
