• Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration, 

• Associate’s degree or a combination of education and experience

• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.

• Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced computer skills and experience

• Knowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.

• Strong background to all HR Compensation & Benefits Facets

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

• Can work with minimal to no supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Organizational skills

• Knowledge of Labor Laws, other laws regulating employee benefits

• Exemplifies customer service skill

• Responsible and result – oriented

• Processes Company government mandated benefits.

• Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.

• Facilitates to prepare related compensation and benefits certificate.

• Coordinates and acts as company representative to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.

• Facilitates end to end Comp & Ben related activities such as posting, payment and its monitoring of mandated government remittances.

• Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.

• Assists and trains areas of any Comp & Ben related but not only limited to assigned areas.

• Produces compensation and benefits report.

• Provides payroll assistance. 

• Schedule: 8 hours shift Day shift Overtime Monday – Saturday

Requirement

  • Title: Compensation and Benefits
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in compensation or benefits management considered an asset.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or human resources.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in compensation and benefits structures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience with payroll systems and processes
  • Computer literacy, including HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Designing and implementing compensation packages
  • Administering employee benefits programs
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaborating with HR and management on pay and benefits strategies
  • Assisting with payroll administration
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, with occasional travel for seminars and conferences. Expectation to work full-time hours with potential for overtime during project sprints.
