Description

RECRUITMENT, SOURCING & SCREENING

  • Screen resumes/conduct initial interview and administer examination of applicants for timely delivery of manpower request.
  • Recommend trade test for skilled/technical position to gauge job applicant's abilities and skills.
  • Endorse the shortlisted candidate for next level interview and President interview.
  • Updates online job posting for vacant position and coordinate with Quality dept. for corporate Facebook posting to attract talents.
  • Conducts employment background to verify the applicant's information at previous work
  • Administer job offer.


NEW HIRE DOCUMENTATION

  • Collect and validate pre-employment requirements
  • Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Post to company internal email address appointment announcement of newly hired employees.
  • Request & coordinate with concern department working area, working tools and equipment, email, system access and other work related needs for newly hired employees.
  • Prepares newly hired documents, such as employment contract, NPA, temporary ID, updated signed JD, PMS with detailed objective, weight & KPI or target to ensure clear understanding of what is expected to the newly hired during the term of employment.
  • File and updates employees 201 hard copy and the master list (head count) monitoring spreadsheet.
  • Updates & upkeeps HR recruitment report.


RECRUITMENT SYTEM ADMINISTRATION

  • Administrator of recruitment system.
  • Orients newly hired and newly promoted officer for recruitment system usage.
  • Coordinates with contractor & IT dept., recruitment system related issues & concern.
  • Recommend system development.


HR SERVICES (MANILA & BRANCH OFFICES)

  • Facilitate and coordinate with bank for employee/s ATM cards
  • Assist HR Supervisor in the preparation of yearly budget report for HR dept.
  • Assist department/division head in JD and KPI for regularization of newly hired employee/s (PROBI).
  • Facilitate on the job training (OJT) documents and requirements.
  • Encode newly hired employees to master list.
  • File all documents of newly hired employees to 201


RECRUITMENT RECORD & REPORTS

  • Submit every 5th of the month Monthly Head Count report for head office & branches.
  • Submit every 5th of the month monthly newly hired and separated report.
  • Submit monthly manpower request report.
  • Updates & upkeeps HR recruitment spreadsheet report.

Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of any 4 year Business Course.


EXPERIENCE

  • With relevant experience in the same field of expertise
  • Newly graduate are welcome to apply
