Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities with detailed analyses.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Support audit processes and interact with auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Liaise between Talent Reserve Manpower Corp's clients and candidates as part of our meticulous recruitment firm.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting Management
Experience Level:1 years of accounting management
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency with accounting software, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage ledger entries, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Working Conditions: Office setting, full-time with occasional overtime during end-of-month or end-of-year closing.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, reliable, with strong communication and organizational skills.
