Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students; no prior work experience is necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, types, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to work flexibly in various shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to set recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle orders with accuracy.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualities and Traits:Passionate about coffee and customer service.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
