Description

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to customer orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and other equipment.
  • Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new baristas as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Functions in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Perform other functions and duties as may be directed by the immediate Head and Management. 

Requirements

  • Senior High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant;
  • Food safety and sanitation training;
  • Barista training or certification is preferred;
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.8.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
