  • Oversaw and managed the operations of franchise locations within a designated area or region.
  • Involves ensuring that franchisees comply with company standards, achieving sales targets, and supporting franchisees in optimizing their performance and profitability.
  • Serves as the main point of contact between the franchisees and the corporate office.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in franchise management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and corporate teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and customer behavior.
