Systems and procedures and Clients’ performance standards
Monitors the attendance, punctuality, work performance, safety and security of Members
Conducts regular meeting or counseling program for Members
Coordinates with Operations Head regarding Members’ training needs
Gathers inputs from Clients to support the Performance Appraisal of the Members
Distributes uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPEs) for Members
Selection and Training of Team Leaders
TL selection, assignment of TLs and training on what are the duties and responsibilities of TLs
Motivate TLs and members to always do well in their job, and value their job
Ensures timely completion of payout documents (validation of DTRs, signature of Client, others)
Distribution of ATMs, check payouts and SOMA
Deliver Billing every 15th and end of the Month
Pick Up RFP every after 5days upon receiving of Billing (depends on the availability of the RFP with AMs signature)
Members' Orientation (PMES)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an operations role
Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Working Conditions: Office-based (hybrid set up) role with standard working hours; some overtime may be required
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, with a proactive approach to improving processes
