Description

Incredible India Food Product Depot, a leading player in the Food & Beverages industry, is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations. The role involves:
  • Managing daily operations to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Coordinating with teams to optimize inventory and supply chain
  • Training and mentoring staff to enhance performance
  • Conducting regular site visits for quality assurance
  • Implementing company policies and procedures effectively

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in data analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires flexibility in hours and travel.
