- Assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support budget preparation and tracking.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects.
- Prepare regular financial updates for stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in finance or operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, bookkeeping, yearly closing, strong written and verbal communication, and tax knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, support yearly closing activities, manage bookkeeping tasks, and ensure tax compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard work hours, collaborative team atmosphere.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, proactive problem-solver, and a team player.
