Finance and Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to grow in the field of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and company expenses.
• Support payroll processing and related financial documentation.
• Maintain and update financial records and filing systems.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
