Manage relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they are supported, motivated, and aligned with sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth through both direct sales and distribution channels.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and distributors, ensuring proper product distribution and addressing any issues.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms with distributors to maintain a competitive market presence.
Collaborate with distributors to develop joint marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
Monitor and analyze sales data, distributor performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure distributors are equipped with product knowledge, sales materials, and support to drive their success.
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

High school Graduate At Least.
Proven experience in field sales and managing distributors or channel partners.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales and distribution strategies effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple distributors and clients simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and distributors.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address challenges in the field and with distributors.
