Represent Hong Teng Yuan Trading Corporation within your territory to expand the wholesale/distribution of our products.
Identify and establish relationships with new distribution partners.
Manage and support existing distributor networks to enhance volume sales.
Provide training and support to distribution partners on product knowledge.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and budgeting.

Job Title: Agent/Distribution Sales Representative
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in distribution sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills and Competencies: Exceptional negotiation techniques, robust sales training and support expertise, strong command of sales management practices, and excellent teamwork abilities.
