DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

1. Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tiktok, FB Live and Instagram.

2. Assist in planning and conducting members and distributors training sessions.  

3. Prepare training materials, schedules and attendance reports. 

4. Monitor members and distributors progress and training completion. 

5. Update product descriptions, pricing and inventory. 

6. Process online orders and coordinate deliveries. 

7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through chat, email or social media. 

8. Assist in online marketing campaigns and promotions. 

9. Generate sales and performance reports using excel or google sheets. 

10. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and marketing teams. 

11. Ensure excellent customer experience across online platforms.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E commerce or related field  
• Experience in training, customer service or e-commerce is an advantage
• Familiar with online selling platforms and digital tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft (excel, word, MSTeams), google workspace or reporting tools.
• Detail- oriented and able to multitask.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with paid ads on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge.
• Ability to produce short-form videos and social media reels.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and marketing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
