E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Harbest's online sales channels to drive revenue growth and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role supervises e-commerce activities, manages product listings, monitors order fulfillment, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. A strong background in agriculture, preferably vegetable production, is required to ensure technical accuracy and familiarity with the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of Harbest's e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and other online sales channels.
• Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer inquiries, order processing, and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to improve online sales performance and customer experience.
• Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and platform policies.
• Ensure accuracy of product information and compliance with e-commerce platform requirements.
• Train, guide, and supervise e-commerce staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong background in agriculture, preferably vegetable production.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and other online sales systems.
• Knowledge of and experience using NetSuite is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
